HOW CAN I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?                                                                                                                                        
If you have a PhlajaBoutique account, simply click "My Account”, click on order number in “Order HIstory”, to view status. If order number is not displayed, click on “View All Orders”.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?                                                                                                                                        
If you're having second thoughts about your online order and wish to cancel, call Customer Care immediately.  A 10% restocking fee will apply to cancelled orders. You have a 30 minute window before processing and can be cancelled within that time frame.  After that time period, the order will have to be returned for a store credit.
WHAT IS THE ITEM IS OUT-OF-STOCK or ON BACKORDER?                                                                                                      
Due to a high volume of purchases, there may be times that we run low on popular items or items may no longer be available.  If this occurs, it can take 2-3 weeks to receive a backorder item.  Please contact Customer Care if you have questions about our delivery capabilities.
WHEN WILL MY BACKORDER GET SHIPPED?                                                                                                                              
As soon as we get the item back in stock, you will receive an email notification that your order was shipped. 
WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?                                                                                                                                              
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal.  We cannot split payments between credit cards.  If using PayPal, the order can only be shipped directly to the Verified Address on your PayPal account.

Yes, you will be charged at the time your order is placed.
WILL I BE CHARGED TAXES?                                                                                                                                                          
Taxes are assessed based on the shipping address, not the billing address.  We are required to collect sales taxes on orders shipped to Michigan.  However, many states require the purchasers to file a sales/use tax return at the end of the year reporting all taxable purchases that were not taxed and to pay on those purchases.  You may have a tax obligation in states do not collect sales taxes.  For more details contact your respective tax authorities. 
HOW CAN I GET A PROMOTION CODE?                                                                                                                                        
Sign up for our email newsletter, and keep updated on special sales only available through our newsletter. When we have a new sale you will receive an email newsletter with a new promotion code.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?                                                                                                                                          
Orders are packed and shipped Monday - Friday, and are processed in the order they are received.   Please allow 1-3 business days for handling, see Shipping for more details.  
HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?                                                                                                        
You will receive an e-mail notification once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link, so that you can track your order.  Please allow up to 24 business hours from shipping notification, to have visibility to carrier tracking data and tracking movement.
DO YOU SHIP TO APO/FPO ADDRESSES?                                                                                                                                    
Yes, shipments to an APO or FPO military address may take up to 21 days for delivery.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?                                                                                                                                                
No, we do not ship internationally at this time.
WHAT IF I WANT TO SEND A GIFT?                                                                                                                                               
Our jewelry gift packaging is complimentary, and it is limited to one box per shipping address.  If you would like to order more gift boxes for your order please click here.  If you want to ship to an additional address, you must create a separate order, add the address to your account profile and select it during checkout. 
CAN I GET A REFUND ON MY E-GIFT CARD?                                                                                                                 
Gift card purchases are final.  Gift cared and store credits cannot be returned, exchanged or redeemed for cash, and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
